Qualifications required include Bachelor of Nursing or Equivalent, current AHPRA registration, over 12 months of clinical experience, leadership experience in clinical care, proficiency in holistic assessments and care planning, strong interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of workplace health & safety, and a commitment to quality care.
