Flexible, Fulfilling Work: Your Future at Estia Health.
Insights into the important role of a Registered Nurse in Aged Care.
Raveneet, known as Rave, started her journey with Estia Health 18 months ago, as a Registered Nurse. In a short span of time, she took up the opportunity to become the Infection Prevention Control Lead (IPC Lead) and also took advantage of Estia Health's offer to cover the cost of her IPC course. Since then, she has enjoyed her new career opportunities and excelled in her role as the IPC Lead.
According to Rave, the growth opportunities at Estia Health are plentiful. She shares:
Rave emphasises that open communication channels are the basis of Estia Health's workplace culture. “I always feel like I can talk to someone if I feel like I have concerns. I have the Clinical Care Coordinator, the Residential Aged Care Manager and the Regional Director. All are so incredibly helpful and kind. I feel like I can go far here at Estia Health”
“There are always education sessions, benefits for international students and extras like the NIB Health cover which is great. I also love mentoring students, so do the EN’s, RN’s and everyone else. They get so much support and a lot of the students return and come back here to work, they love it so much”.
