1.Nikki, tell us about your career history?

I have extensive experience in the areas of Sales, Sales Management, and Training/Development.  Prior to consulting across various industries, I specialised in the pharmaceutical sector.

2.What was your motivation to become a coach?

I’ve been lucky enough to have some fantastic mentors and coaches in my career and now, I love to be in the position where I can coach people to build on their strengths and overcome their fears to achieve their goals.

3.Do you have any particular areas of coaching expertise?

I have a lot of experience in sales effectiveness, coaching the coach, DiSC behavioural profiling, situational leadership and presentation skills.

4.What do you love most about coaching?

Helping people find clarity to know what they want and providing encouragement and support for them to achieve it.

5.How do you define success?

Success is having health, happiness and investing energy into worthwhile, meaningful endeavours.

6.What is your vision for women in the workplace?

Acceptance of more flexible work options – to pursue worthwhile career opportunities and be able to meet the needs of their families at the same time.
