Meet Jenny, one of Estia Health's dedicated Residential Aged Care Managers, who serves as a locum manager, taking on responsibilities across Queensland.
She steps in to support Residential Aged Care Managers to provide cover for managers on leave, assisting new managers onboarding, and acting as a valuable resource whenever needed.
Joining the Estia Health team in April 2022, she brings a wealth of experience from over two decades in the aged care sector, as a Facilities Manager and a Corporate Improvement Coordinator.
With lots of opportunity for connection, Jenny loves to get to know the teams she works with, the residents and their families. There's the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders in her work—all while ensuring the seamless operation of the residential aged care facilities.

As a Residential Aged Care Manager, you will lead the Estia Health home with your passion and ability to build a positive and lasting culture. You'll support your teams to deliver the best care possible to residents, their families, and your Estia Health team.
Not only will you be passionate about caring for older Australians, you'll be committed to continuous improvement and seek out ways to progress and improve residents’ experiences.
With your strong business acumen, you'll also be responsible for all operational aspects of the home. You'll be a great communicator, always available, with patience and a compassionate ear to support residents and their families at an incredibly important time in their lives.
