Initially joining Sporstbet as a Business Analyst within the Customer Experience Delivery team, she had the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Product and Design teams, allowing her to delve into her new role to enhance products and elevate customer experiences for Sportsbet.
Career Development is a priority for Sportsbet, and it wasn’t too long until Andrina was supported to take a step-up to Senior Business Analyst within Core Betting and Generosity.
With the support she needed, her understanding of the products deepened, fuelling her enthusiasm for the diverse experiences offered and the intricacies of the systems behind the front-end experiences.
Although now entering a much more technical speciality, Andrina reflects on how the team provided guidance, breaking down complex products into manageable components and how collaboration was key to the team’s success.
“I had never expected such support as a part-timer. Throughout my time at Sportsbet, I have been in a part-time capacity, which necessitated a focus on prioritising my workload.
It has been a seamless experience, for which I am grateful.
Everyone is aware of my capacity and considers it in simple gestures, such as organising team meetings and lunches on the days I work.
