Endless options for flexible work arrangements at Metcash
Faced with the ambition to keep their substantial role whilst juggling a family, Nicole Linton & Kym Korbel, both Metcash employees didn’t want to compromise on job satisfaction. Instead, they entered a job-share arrangement where they shared one full-time role.
They each work 3 days per week and alternate their days so that the full-time role they share still gets delivered whilst they are away from the office.
