Tabcorp is Australia’s largest gambling entertainment company. Together, they build on their 100+ year heritage by delivering excitement with integrity every day. Employees at Tabcorp put their customers at the heart of everything they do by creating moments that engage, surprise, and thrill.
Their 4,500+ strong team is as diverse as Australia itself. Their people drive homegrown world-class brands; Tatts, TAB, NSW Lotteries, Golden Casket, SA Lotteries, Keno, Sky Racing, Sky Sports Radio and MAX. As an ASX listed company, they’re proud to shape their industry for the better. Because together, anything’s possible.
Tabcorp is proud to have a team with different backgrounds and experiences. It’s what inspires the diverse thinking that underpins everything they do. Gender diversity is a key focus for them. In 2015, Tabcorp was one of only 90 Australian businesses and the only one in their sector to be recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). This diversity starts at the top as approx. 40% of their senior managers are female.
At Tabcorp, they put customers at the heart of everything they do and proudly shape their industry for the better, but a job with them also has its personal perks. Benefits include learning and study assistance, flexible work options, home office reimbursement, and many leave types such as Flexi Leave, Cultural Leave, Parental Leave, Volunteer Leave, and Purchased Leave.
Flexi Leave is designed to provide Tabcorp employees with an opportunity to take time out to help balance their work and personal life. This also includes a range of purposes such as celebrating a special occasion, moving, or attending a family member’s sporting event. As for their parental leave policy, their policy flexes to support their choices, whatever gender and whichever type of parent or carer the employee is. In addition, there is a range of leave conditions to help adjust to being a new parent or to welcome further children and help employees thrive with their family and at work.
Tabcorp provides up to 18 weeks of fully flexible paid parental leave, taken within the first 24 months of an employee’s child’s birth or adoption, with no qualifying period. Leave can be taken by all new parents, regardless of gender. Tabcorp understands that some things don’t go as planned, but they are here to provide a leave program that supports employees’ families during that time. That includes IVF, pregnancy-related illness, or loss.
Providing support to their employees is another key value for Tabcorp. A variety of additional support is provided at Tabcorp to ensure that employees feel safe and comfortable in their workplace. Support programs at Tabcorp consist of the following:
