We absolutely love connecting with our community. What we love more is facilitating connections within our community and witness the gift of giving and support as our members share their insights from their own journeys and help others along theirs. Recently 24 of our community members shared gheir best career advice or the career mantra by which they live. There will be something for everyone in this post:

The definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

You know it is time to leave a company when there is pro-longed imbalance of ‘I owe you’ between you and your employer
