Recently announcing their launch into the broker market, RACQ pledge to help more Queenslander’s fulfil their dreams of becoming homeowners by expanding into broking with new aggregator partners Astute and Specialist Finance Group.

The launch of our broker channel, designed to complement our existing mobile lending and growing digital offering, will give our members more choice and flexibility when it comes to applying for a mortgage.”

This expansion includes the implementation of a new e-lodgement platform through technology partner, and female-founded, Simpology.  This system delivers a seamless digital application experience for brokers including integrated third-party services such as digital consent, electronic statement collection, Digital ID (OCR Labs) and DocuSign. Furthermore, by leaning into tech powered solutions they have been able to support their customers by providing impressive turnaround times, with time to ‘yes’ for home lending at seven days (conditionally approved within 48 hours).

This development, along with other bold business moves such as the “Our Fair Dinkum Home Loan” and offering extended home loans for younger buyers, prove RACQ bank are forward thinkers and offer innovative solutions to help Queenslanders reach their property aspirations.
