If a resident's requirements change, Aman takes charge, contacting doctors, arranging specialist reviews, securing referrals, coordinating with hospitals, and rostering staff.

"You can always contact upper management, and they will assist you in developing your clinical knowledge. Additionally, you have regional managers and Residential Aged Care Managers for support. Professional development opportunities in skills, management, and leadership are also available."
