FlexCareers is pleased to present the findings of our 2018 research on workplace flexibility. Just under 1,000 men and women participated in our research, and we’re delighted to also feature case studies from employers at various stages of the flexibility journey. Find out more and download your copy here.
852 women and 132 men responded our FlexCareers survey on pregnancy, parental leave and return to work experiences, and hundreds more brave women reached out to us to share their stories, many of whom have never returned to work because of how they were treated. On International Women’s Day 2018 we published our findings, in the hope that employers will acknowledge that we have a problem – and take urgent steps to address it. We’d like to thank each and every member of our community that participated – your voices will be heard.
