Founded in 2015 by investment bankers Marko Njavro and Joel McInnes, FlexCareers has been hugely successful, leveraging advanced AI technology to match talented people to flexible employment opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.
McInnes said, “From the outset, Marko and I realised that to successfully change the world of work would take more than smart technology solutions and a platform to promote those employers already doing flexibility well. Ariane Virtue joined FlexCareers in August 2017 to develop the FlexReady™ offering.
