Offering project-based assignments and practical experience, the program is another example of SAP's commitment to achieving gender equity in what has been a traditionally male-dominated industry.
Back-to-Work at SAP will enable seamless transition for professional women to re-enter the workforce after a career break.

What does the programme involve?
This programme provides 6-12 months’ contract opportunities to accelerate your re-integration, and opportunity for flexible work arrangements. Opportunities are available throughout the business, in areas such as Technology, Commercial, HR, Finance, Legal, External Affairs, Customer Operations and Business Intelligence & Analytics.Am I eligible to apply? who have taken a career break of 2 to 8 years, to raise children, to run a business or for other reasons
have more than 2 years of professional experience

Run on a monthly basis by the Global Diversity & Inclusion Office, this career-development series is aimed at empowering women across SAP. Now in its third year, the series has reached over 6,800 employees in 43 countries, and will be extended to our customers and partners on a quarterly basis this year.
